Regina Daniels and her counterpart Somadina Adimma started their journey into Nigerian stardom after they started featuring in Nollywood movies as children.

They played minor roles back then mostly as the children of the main actors and actresses in the movies, as they began to grow up, the upgraded to playing more central roles.

Somadina Adimma and Regina Daniels eventually started playing the roles of siblings in movies, from there they became friends.

Their friendship grew to the extent that they were always seen together everywhere they went. They were seen as lovers or romantic partners by people due to how fond they were of each other, this had some atom of Truth in it. However life eventually happened and they got married to different people in the end.
