Cardi B, an American rapper, turned 29 on October 11th, and her husband, Offset, surprised her with a $1.5 million mansion in the Dominican Republic.

The newly built, luxurious villa has seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and 8,000 square feet of living space… all on a four-acre hillside lot near the beach.

The four-story estate also includes an Italian kitchen, wine refrigerator, rooftop pool, and a separate studio with kitchen and sitting area. There are also three tennis courts, exclusive beach access, two additional pools, and, of course, a helipad.

The home is within a private community that is secured and gated.
