Nigerian Dancehall and Afrobeats star, Damini Ogulu better known as Burna Boy, has said that his colleague, Wizkid was already a budding artiste when he moved to Lagos from Port Harcourt.

The Grammy winner made the statement during an interview where he opened up on how he became close friends with Wizkid.

Burna Boy said that around 2011/2012, when he moved to Lagos and released his break out single, ‘Like To Party’ Wizkid was really supportive and taking him out to nice clubs.

The ‘On The Low’ hit-maker, also gave a shout out to rapper, Sauce Kid, whom he said welcomed him to the city before anyone else.
