Oluwatosin Ajibade, professionally known as Mr Eazi is a Nigerian singer, songwriter and entrepreneur that was born on 19th July 1991 in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
Mr Eazi was brought up in a home full of entrepreneurs. His mother is a businesswoman with a small business she managed and his father is a pilot. Later on, his father will move on to establish his own private aviation consulting practice.
Although Eazi was born in Port Harcourt, he did his primary school in Lagos where he had a bried stint in the school’s choir. Mr Eazi found pleasure in immersing himself into the records his father would play for the family while having breakfast.
To further his education, Mr Eazi moved to Ghana at the age of 16 to study Mechanical Engineering at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. It was also during his time here that he kick started his musical career.
Recently, he finished a course on Business of Entertainment, Media, and Sports at the prestigious Harvard University.

It can be said that Mr Eazi met Temi Otedola at the point when his musical career was kicking off. They met in 2016 at an event hosted by Dj Cuppy, Temi’s elder sister. It was not until June 2017 that the dating rumor started when they took turns to feature on each other’s Snapchat stories, travel to Barcelona together, and attended a wedding in the UK together in the same month.
Their relationship was confirmed in July 2017 on Mr Eazi’s birthday when Temi penned a brief but hearty birthday message on a flying banner. Since 2017 until 2022, they’ve been a couple and recently, their relationship hit a new milestone with the both of them getting engaged in April, 2022.

With Mr Eazi starting off music recording while studying in Ghana, he contributed guest vocals to the track titled “My Life,” a song that gained traction and became a popular record at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
But, before that, he had already set up a party and promotion company called Swagger Entertainment. It became the platform that was used to book shows and promote events on the campus of KNUST.
When he was 23, he returned to Nigeria and briefly worked for Schlumberger before starting his e-commerce platform. His business ventures included soft drinks importation, gold mining, and food distribution. He told Highsnobiety he started about six business ventures.

Mr Eazi Cars
In a 2019 interview with Guardian Nigerian, Mr Eazi told Guardian that he doesn’t own a car. He says,
“Till today, I use Uber but I do not care and by the way, I don’t even pay for the ride because I was given Uber credit. But if you see me in the Uber vehicle and feel that Mr Eazi is poor, what is my business (with that)? For instance, everybody around me has cars, and besides, I buy cars for people. If it makes sense for me to use an Uber, why should I drive? Why would I pay about N100M for a car that I would probably drive five times a year?”
A year after that interview, Mr Eazi acquired his first ever car in December, 2020. The car is a Range Rover SUV which he shared on his instastories and wrote, “if I end up not being in one place to enjoy my new car I will be upset.” The car is said to have cost him 92-140 million naira.
