Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido has won the Humanitarian of the year award at the Headies 2022.

He was nominated alongside Don Jazzy, 2Baba, and Ruggedman.

The Headies Awards show, which celebrates the Nigerian music scene, is currently taking place at the COBB Energy Performing Arts Center in Atlanta, USA.

Music-wap.com recalls that DMW frontline act and owner, Davido, who is known for his philanthropic personality, made headline with a highlight of this year being his decision to donate two hundred and fifty million naira (250m) to orphanage homes across Nigeria.
