Afrobeat crooner, Burna Boy was honored with the award of Member of the Order of the Federal Republic (MFR).

The singer is now on the list of prominent Nigerian personalities that were awarded on the 11th of October, 2022, by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhamadu Buhari.

The moment was captured in a video that is now trending on social media, where the award was received on his behalf by his father.

Other artists awarded include Teni and 2Baba.
