When it comes it the Greatest of All Time (GOAT) in football, the rivalry has always been between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi. For years the battle never seems to end.

Aside from their fans, other football players stand with either of them on who they think is the greatest.

France international, Kylian Mbappé has recently stated his stance on the issue. Under Ronaldo’s recent post, Kylian replied with a crown and goat emoji’s.

Football fans have reacted to this action by the young player. While some feel it is right, other’s think it’s unfair since he’s team mate with Messi, Ronaldo’s rival.

Mbappé has always been a fan of Ronaldo. Coming up, he revealed that he idolized the player. A picture of teenage Mbappé’s room showed pictures of Ronaldo all around.

Aside Kylian Mbappe, other players also feel Ronaldo is the real GOAT ahead of Messi. Players like Mesut Ozil and Jesse Lingard have also named Ronaldo the GOAT.

In terms of numbers, Ronaldo is ahead of Messi. Ronaldo’s goals and records surpasses that if Messi both internationally and league wise.
