Nigerian Singer and record producer Davido has asked a fan who is embarking on a cycling journey from Benu in the North Central states of Nigeria to Lagos with the aim of meeting the superstar to send his bank account number, end the trip and do it later when he returns to the country.

Even though Davido tried to communicate to his fan that he wasn’t in the country, it appears the gentleman didn’t get the message as he says he intends not to backdown till he meets his icon and deliver a present to him.

In response to Davido’s admonishment to him on X which read, ‘Turn around, I’m not home’, @emmiwuks also took to his X handle and wrote, ‘Am not going back Boss I most present my gift to you @davido. Benin state heading to Ogun any moment from now…’

Seemingly surprised by the resolve of the young man, the ‘Unavailable’ hitmaker quoted his tweet and wrote, U no wan hear …. Oya send account … then u can do ur great journey when I’m back’
