Mixed reactions as singer Asake unfollows his boss Olamide, Davido, Wizkid and others, deletes all Instagram posts

Popular Nigerian singer Ahmed Ololade Asake popularly called Asake has stirred mixed reactions on social media following his recent action on his verified Instagram page.

Singer Asake, the “Only Me” hitmaker in his latest action unfollows his boss Olamide and everyone on his verified Instagram page of 4.9M followers.

While that was just the beginning, singer Asake further raised eyebrows as he deleted photos and videos on his Instagram page leaving him with no post on the photo and video sharing app.

Recall that Olamide signed Asake to his record label YBNL in February 2022 and by extension Asake has become an established artiste in the music industry.

Over the last two years, Asake has drop two hit albums dubbed, Mr Money with the vibe (2022), Work of art (2023).

Also, Asake put the country name on the world map in the year 2023 as he shutdown the 20,00 capacity 02 Arena.

Even though, Asake has recorded a massive success in the music industry over the last 2 years, the recent developments where where he unfollows his boss Olamide, Davido Wizkid and all other people on Instagram as well as deleting all his IG posts has sparked several reactions online.

However, he left a profile picture that reads; “What the fvck is really going on.”
