Irene Umeoke, a Nigerian lady, took to social media to share her heartbreak experience after a breakup with her boyfriend.

She revealed that the emotional turmoil was so severe that she ended up in the hospital three weeks later, and the pain has since escalated into depression for her.

Distraught by the experience, Irene made a solemn vow never to fall in love again, fearing the potential for further heartbreak.

“What else can i do to heal? Im deeply tired of hurting and it feels like it’s gradually turning into depression. It feels really dark in here, it feels void and its not cool at all. I want to be fine, i want to be okay, i want to be happy again is that too much to ask for?

I pray to God everyday asking him to please heal me but at this point i dont know anymore. I wish i can sleep and wake up tomorrow and all pain is gone… from the bottom of my heart I AM TIRED!!!” she captioned
