Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi recently paid a courtesy visit to the Okoye family amid the ongoing beef between popular Nigerian singers Paul and Peter Okoye.

Paul Okoye and his twin brother Peter Okoye are currently not on good terms, leading to their second split.

During an interview, Paul Okoye, also known as Rudeboy, claims that his twin brother Peter Okoye had him arrested by the EFCC. He also stated that he wrote most of their songs when they were together.

Peter responded on his page, criticizing his brother Paul Okoye for damaging the group’s reputation. He stated that Paul has once again turned the most awarded music group into a laughing stock. In an open letter, Peter also clarified that he never attempted to have his brother arrested by the EFCC.

He also speaks on how his elder brother Jude Okoye and his wife went ahead to create a new music label named “Northside Music” diverting money from their own “Northside Entertainment.”

However, former Anambra State Governor, Peter Obi visits Paul Okoye and Jude Okoye amid the rift with their brother Peter Okoye to make a peaceful resolution.

Paul Okoye via his verified Instagram page wrote; “Thank you very much and God bless you sir P.O @peterobigregory #yourexcelency 🫡.”
