A trending video making the rounds on social media has sparked massive outrage online as it captured the moment two soldiers confronted a young lady for wearing military camouflage trousers on a public road.

In the viral clip, which has stirred widespread debate, the lady was accosted by uniformed military personnel who insisted that she had no right to wear the camouflage trousers, a clothing piece strictly reserved for official military use in Nigeria.

As punishment, the soldiers forced her to remove the trousers right there on the street, leaving many shocked.

Fortunately for the lady, she had been wearing shorts inside as she pulled off the camouflage trousers.

They instructed her to drop it on the ground before proceeding to severely warn her for the act.
