An Oyinbo lady in a new video raises several eyebrows online as she disclosed that she used to drink her own period blood stressing that she and her people believe there is power in it.

In the interview making the rounds online, the Oyinbo lady further went on to disclose the nutritional value of drinking menstrual blood which include stem cells, iron, vitality and more. She added that period blood is not a waste as most people used to claim as she added that blood is life. She added that it is ritual.

In her words; “I used to drink my own period blood because it contains stem cells, iron nutrients I ti si something I started back when I was training tantra in Thailand, and It is ritual we belive there is power in it.

There is stem cells, there is iron, there is vitality and so we don’t wanna lose that so for the average person I would probably say don’t do it becauae peopel are gonna say, oh that is a waste but no blood is life right and Dr Group and I have these coversations.

She added that she took a little pause during child birth and breasfeeding but she is now back concluding that she feels great and it actually tastes kind of sweet.

scotthalljr: Extremely toxic. Menstruation is a detox, so you are just drinking concentrates toxins. Women live longer 1 bc they have more fat (absorb more toxins, heal body better), and 2 they menstruate (an additional detox pathway men don’t have luxury of having).
