Lil Durk’s $4.5M bond denied

The $4.5 million bond for renowned American rapper, Lil Durk has been denied for the third time in his murder-for-hire case.
According to the presiding judge, Patricia Donahue, the bond package was insufficient.
The package included $4.5 million in cash, 24-hour electronic monitoring, and private security, but didn’t guarantee his court appearance or ensure public safety.
Prosecutors argued that Lil Durk posed a flight risk, citing his purchase of plane tickets to Dubai before arrest.
However, the judge agreed, stating the proposed bond amount was only a fraction of Lil Durk’s net worth.
Notably, Lil Durk risks life imprisonment for conspiracy, firearm violations, and obstruction of justice.
His trial is set for October 14, 2025, in Atlanta, Georgia.
