Tyson Fury has revealed he is cutting ties with Manchester United, bluntly declaring that he no longer supports the club.

The former heavyweight champion, who previously followed the Red Devils, admitted their recent struggles had pushed him away from football altogether.

Speaking to Racing  TV while attending Cartmel races on Bank Holiday Monday, Fury said: “I’m not a supporter of football really.

“I used to support United but because they’re in the s** now I’m no supporter of any football teams anymore.”

He added that England’s Euro 2016 defeat to Iceland was the final straw for him with the game.

He noted that his passion now lies in horse racing, where he and his manager Spencer Brown are building a stable of thoroughbreds.
