Phyno, as we all know is a popular Nigerian singer, rapper, and producer. He was born on the 9th of October, 1986, and is well noted for singing and rapping mostly in his native language, Igbo. Phyno is one Nigerian artiste that is well respected and adored by fans for his unique choice of words and songwriting skills. He has over the years proven himself capable and industrious as far as music is concerned, and this is crystal clear in his steady release of hit tracks and videos to the entertainment of his fans both internationally and locally. His creativity and handwork over the years have earned him lots of love and recognition that it is very hard you enter any Nigerian home without seeing any of his music tracks or videos

However, for the youths of Umunnanchi, the influence, and love they have for the”Ezege Master”, Phyno was overwhelming that they had to etch his face on their masquerades to show respect and admiration for his craft. And surprisingly, he is the first Nigerian artiste that has been honored in such a way, and that speaks volumes of the massive influence the “Highway” crooner has on the youths.
