“Dem mama” hitmaker Timaya has been crowned as the only and first Afrobeats artist to have s hit song every year since 2005.

Timaya started his solo career in 2005 after he dropped his controversial hit song titled ‘Dem mama” which was to address the killings in his hometown Bayelsa.

Ever since then, he has dropped a hit song every single year for the past 17 years and counting – A feat which is worth commending because it’s not a child’s play.
