A few hours ago, famed artist Davido’s babymama, Chioma Rowland Avril, commonly known as Chef Chi, posted a fresh statement on her social media channels apologizing for any wrongdoing and declaring that she is maturing every day.

Chioma gave birth to Davido’s only kid in 2019, and the couple also chose to marry in 2020. They couldn’t marry, though, because it was rumored that they had split up.

However, based on Chioma’s most recent status, we may presume she is pleading with the singer for forgiveness if she has ever offended him in any way.

Taking to her official verified Instagram page via her Instagram story, she said,

“I apologise if I ever was a toxic person in your life. I am maturing everyday, correcting my wrongs and slowly but surely becoming a better version of myself”.
