After their fierce beef which saw Burna Boy describing Shatta Wale as a rapists, it appears there is still some love in the latter for the former.

Shatta Wale made this obvious a few hours ago in a post on his snapchat story.

The “On God’ singer revealed that although he and the Nigerian music icon are no longer friends, he is still happy to see him succeed.

Shatta Wale also revealed that he and Burna no longer talk. He sent his Nigerian counterpart shout outs and love for the amazing thing he is doing worldwide.

The two global music icons clashed late December 2021 in a fierce online beef that even got them nearly fixing a match to exchange blows to settle the matter.

The beef degenerated from Shatta Wale taking a swipe at Nigerian artistes and claiming that he doesn’t need them ti become who he is.
